There are several reasons why your address was not found in the lookup function, and therefore may not be eligible for the Residential Parking Permit (RPP) Program.

1. The address entered is not located within the City and County of Denver.
   
   
2. The address is located on a block that does not have posted time limit parking restrictions, therefore a permit is not needed.
   
   
3. The address may not be eligible because it is part of a mixed-use building (ex. ground floor retail and commercial building with residences above).
   
   
4. For additional RPP program questions email parkingoperations@denvergov.org and include your name and home address and staff will review your request and determine permit eligibility status. We will respond to your request via the email address your provided.
